Vipul started his journey in Hoerbiger as a software developer in 2008. He has steadily climbed up the ladder and proved his mettle. Today, Vipul serves Hoerbiger as a senior manager.

Vipul’s work profile includes developing various software applications, including desktop, web, and mobile applications, via the Agile methodology. In addition, his expertise involves reciprocating compressor calculations.

Pankaj Thakare

Pankaj currently works as the Deputy Director – Global Infrastructure Support. He joined Hoerbiger in May 2021 as a Global IT Helpdesk Manager and quickly moved up the ranks to reach the directorial level.

Pankaj is an experienced IT professional with a versatile portfolio that speaks about his capabilities and proven credibility within his expertise. Over the years, he has worked in the IT department of companies from multiple business domains, including energy, automation, manufacturing, and core IT.

His expertise and experience include working in various 24/7 global working environments. It involves handling data center operations, systems management, SCOM, CheckMK, backend antivirus, and patching tasks. It also includes IT Security operations, people management, SOC, SIEM, IT service delivery, and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).

Sachin Rane

Sachin started his journey in Hoerbiger as a software developer in 2010. Since then, he has proved to be an unmatched asset with solid basics and an agile approach to learning and continuous development. Prior to Hoerbiger, Sachin was associated with companies like Neilsoft, Tata Motors and L&T.

As a software team leader today, Sachin works on multiple projects simultaneously. But while managing deliverables across various areas, he ensures that company values remain uncompromised and that his team drives the expected value.

One of his highly valued and critical projects includes implementing cloud solutions for CAD, wherein the focus is on fully automating processes from design to manufacturing. He is leading teams working on projects like cloud solutions, design automation, CAD standards, and service solutions.

Sachin has played an instrumental role in the company’s endeavors and achievements across CAD cloud solutions. These efforts continue to help the company in increasing efficiency and deriving a more significant value.

Ajay Dhanorkar

Ajay serves Hoerbiger as Associate Director, SAP Application, India. He is a highly experienced professional with a solid portfolio of over two decades across diverse SAP domains. Ajay joined Hoerbiger in 2008 as an SAP Consultant. Over the years, while donning many hats, Ajay has also proved his mettle as a project manager, delivery head, and global IT lead.

While handling SAP Applications India, Ajay works on various global projects. In addition to SAP, he has proven expertise in supply chain and logistics domains. Ajay has been instrumental in establishing verticals within SAP, including Data Migration and SOM, Sourcing EDI and EWM, SD, SOP, CRM, ABAP Development & PIPO, BI/BW, SuccessFactors, FICO, Production QEFIS, and SCM, LOG.

Ajay Pancholi

Ajay Pancholi, Deputy Director, Software, is a proven IT professional with over 17 years of experience in IT and software development. His journey with Hoerbiger started in 2008 as a Senior Software Developer with expertise in Microsoft technologies and sequel servers.

Ajay has had a steady evolution in Hoerbiger. He has grown through the hierarchy, with his first promotion as a Team Leader in 2012, then as Technical Lead in 2014, Section Manager in 2017, and Deputy Director in 2019.

As a dynamic professional, Ajay has optimized every opportunity Hoerbiger has given him. With attributes like passion, fulfillment of commitment, and the urge for continuous growth, he has proved himself as an asset who can deliver value to the company, no matter the circumstances.

Today, Ajay looks after various departments, including software application development, innovation lab (customer applications), and RPA. While proving himself as a technical expert, Ajay has also exhibited exceptional leadership qualities managing people and projects efficiently.

Ashutosh Bhalerao

With a whopping 28 years of experience in IT, technology, and management, Ashutosh is someone who’s seen IT evolve at a global scale.

He started his career in 1994 in Austin, TX, US as a summer intern. Over the years, he has grown enormously in terms of experience, positions, and responsibilities.

Ashutosh joined Hoerbiger in 2007. It was when the company’s India division was gradually shaping up and required a dynamic and experienced leader to help it expand and make a difference to the Hoerbiger Group. Ashutosh stepped in and gave the company the momentum it required!

In the past 15 years, Ashutosh has headed various departments and successfully handled responsibilities, including technical service management, software engineering, and the latest one, which is Global Business Services. Today, he serves as the Vice President, Head of Global Business Services. He has surely played a vital role in helping the company prosper and making the parent group feel proud about its presence in India.
