ServiceNEXT is an add-on tool over and above SAP. It is an internal Hoerbiger tool. ServiceNEXT executes SAP-connected service business. So, for instance, if you create a service order in ServiceNEXT, it will eventually be created in SAP. It is an elaborative tool currently meant to store compression-related data such as Bill of Material, parts, structure, etc. We are currently exploring opportunities to generalize it.
